By accessing or using Muse Image AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Muse Image AI provides image-generation and image-editing tools. Features, limits, models, and availability may change as the service evolves.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Credits and generation

Generation uses credits. Credits may be reserved when a request is submitted, finalized when it succeeds, and refunded after a confirmed provider failure. A client timeout may still represent an active run and is not itself a confirmed failure.

Your inputs and outputs

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated results, and how you use them. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every input, including images, brands, copyrighted material, and depicted people. Outputs may not be unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive, or harmful activity; to impersonate others without authorization; to bypass safeguards or access controls; or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI, storage, authentication, analytics, and security providers. Their availability and processing may be governed by separate terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
